 Below is a list of Laws & Regulations that are to be followed, Failure to do so may result in a Fine, And or imprisonment.

Section I. Emergency Vehicles

Article I. An Emergency Vehicle defined in this section is a Motor Vehicle that is sounding an Audible Siren and or Displaying a Steady or Flashing Red Light (ELM). Any persons operating a Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) And that is sounding an Audible Siren and or Displaying a Steady or Flashing Red Light is an Emergency Vehicle.

Article II. Emergency Vehicles have the right-of-way over all other traffic, Any Emergency Vehicle that is not responding to a situation is to be treated like civilian traffic, And is required to yield the right-of-way to any Emergency Vehicle responding to a situation sounding an Audible Siren and or Displaying a Steady or Flashing Red Light.

Section II. Motor Vehicles & Motorcycles

Article I. A Motor Vehicle as defined in this section is a Vehicle equipped with an engine that is operated by a civilian, Unless otherwise stated. A Military Vehicle as defined in this section is a Vehicle equipped with an engine that is operated by a Military Personnel, Unless otherwise stated. A Motorcycle as defined in this section is a Vehicle equipped with an engine operated by a civilian.

Article II. All Motor Vehicles operated on public property are required to have the following; Front and Rear Bumper protection devices, Four (4) Tires with tread not exceeding the wear bars or an inch of tread, A Warning Device (Horn) With a Minimum Decidable reading of 95, Two (2) Working head lamps, Two (2) Working Tail Lamps, Two (2) Working Break Lamps, Front windscreen that is clear of obstructions (Cracked), Four (4) Working Seat Belts (Where applies), Two (2) License plates affixed to the Front And Rear Bumpers. Section II, Article II, Does not apply to Military Vehicles.

Article III. All Motorcycles operated on public property are required to have the following; Two (2) Tires with tread not exceeding an inch of tread, A Warning Device (Horn) With a Minimum Decidable reading of 95, Two (2) Working head lamps, One (1) Working Tail Lamp, One (1) Working Break Lamp, Front windscreen that is clear of obstructions (Cracked), Operators under the age of Eighteen (18) Are required to wear a helmet; All passengers are required to wear a helmet, Two (2) License plates affixed to the Front And Rear of the Motorcycle.

Section III. Basic Laws

Article I. Red Lights. Red lights are not required to be stopped at unless multiple persons are approaching. If Two (2) Or more vehicles are met at an intersection with Traffic Lights, The green light has the right-of-way.

  Article I.I. Stop Signs. All persons operating a Motor Vehicle are required to stop at approaching stop signs. If Two (2) Or more vehicles are met at an intersection with more than One (1) Stop sign, The person on the right has the Right-of-way, Otherwise, The person that stopped first has the Right-of-way.

   Article I.II. Uncontrolled Intersections. All persons approaching an uncontrolled intersection is treat it as a intersection with stop signs.

Article II. All persons operating a motor vehicle on public streets in the intimidate area of an Emergency Vehicle MUST Pull to the right side of the road when safe to do so and come to a complete stop until the Emergency Vehicle has safely passed. Failure to abide by this law can result in a Fine Up to but not limited to $1,000 with a maximum of $5,000.

   Article II.I. All persons operating a motor vehicle on public streets is required to have and possess a valid drivers license.

Article III. Speed Limits. The speed limits are as follows; In Los Santos, Los Venturas, and San Fierro, The speed limit is 40MPH. In BlueBerry, Dillimore, Palamino Creek, Montgomery, The limit is 40MPH. The outlining roads of Red County are 120MPH. The Highways of all cites are Unlimited.

   Article III.I. Basic Speed Rule. The speed limits in Article III Are to be followed, However, You must drive as conditions permit.

Article IV. Lighting Equipment. The use of Emergency Lighting by unauthorized personnel is prohibited. However, Red, Amber/Orange, Lighting to the rear of the vehicle is permitted when stopped on the side of the road for more visibility. Amber/Orange to the Front and Sides of the vehicle is permitted for more visibility while working.

Article V. All persons operating a motor vehicle on public streets shall for no reason drive recklessly as to constitute a hazard to other vehicles and pedestrians. This includes but is not limited to, Speeding in excess of 15+ MPH of the PSL (Posted Speed Limit), Etc.

Section I. Persons Rights

Article I. The right to free speech. All persons in the state of San Andreas has the right to free speech, Practice religion, freedom of the press, lawfully assembly. This right shall not be infringed.

       Article I.I. The right to Assemble. Any persons in the state of San Andreas has the right to Assemble on public property. However, This shall be done as to not impede vehicle movement, or pedestrian movement.

Article II. The right to keep and bare arms. All persons in the state of San Andreas has the right to keep and bare arms. A permit is not required to purchase, Open carry, Conceal carry, or posses any, Fire arm, Deadly weapon, Knife, Taser, Stun Gun, Or Pepper Spray. However, A permit is recommended in the event a weapon is stolen. Restricted Weapons are: RPG's, Grenade's, C4 Explosive's, Any Fully automatic fire arm. This right shall not be infringed.

Article III. The right to self defense. All persons in the state of San Andreas has the right to defend them self's against any threat, threatening harm or loss of life. Standing your ground is permitted and use of force is allowed if harm or loss of life is in immediate danger. Deadly force is permitted if loss of life is threatened. If you are in your home, abode, or house, Use of deadly force is permitted. If you are in your vehicle, Use of deadly force is permitted.

   Article III.I. All persons in the state of San Andreas has the right to defend them self's, Persons operating a motor vehicle that causes loss of life and or causes harm to any person that knowingly disobeys Section I, Article I.I., Shall be protected under law and are not to be charged in any crime that is committed when loss of life and or causes harm to any person that knowingly disobeys Section I, Article I.I.
